Sorry, just getting to the forum posts from last night. Sorry you had difficulty getting in! Here are some thoughts so hopefully you won't be left out next time.
When you sign up for the webinar, you get a email from Laureen Jandroep with the subject "Reminder : Your Webinar is on Thursday, August 21, 2014 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM EDT" (or for whatever month you are signing up for.) If you have GMAIL it goes to the UPDATES section of the INBOX, or just the general INBOX if you aren't using the new tabs (or whatever they are called). The reminder could also end up in your SPAM or JUNK file on any system -- whether gmail or otherwise -- so check that. Both the link for the webinar and the phone number with webinar ID is given in this email. If you signup early you will get at least one more reminder on the day of the webinar.
If you don't get this email, please attempt to register again!

My exam is tomorrow, but even if I pass, I'm still down for next months
